    Book 90 days prior to the retreat and enjoy this 45 minutes ayurvedic spa treatment.

    AYURVEDIC CROWN MASSAGE

    Relax upright, supported by your therapist’s hands as they massage warm oil into your head and upper body in a specific, rhythmic rippling motion that dispels tension and allows you to surrender to sensation.

    A fresh hibiscus leaf mask is then applied to your hair and your head is wrapped in a banana leaf and an arm massage is performed while you relax for 25 minutes. In the final steps, your therapist’s skilled fingers stimulate circulation to awaken the spirit as the mask is removed and your hair washed and towel or blow dried.

    This treatment is recommended for all, especially those who hold tension in the upper body and/or suffer from headaches / migraine. Hibiscus leaves contain vitamin B1, B2 and C.
