RISKS, CANCELLATIONS AND INSURANCE

The program participant assumes complete and full responsibility and hereby releases Oneworld Retreats, the owner/s, the employees, or anyone involved in supplying any services during the length of the proposed stay.

Oneworld Retreats is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages related to accommodation, facilities, transportation (to and from retreats), diseases, local laws, weather, Acts of God, delays, or travel cancellations, unless caused by negligence or wilful misconduct of Oneworld Retreats. Travellers must obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A non refundable 50% deposit is requested to secure your booking. Oneworld Retreats does not offer refunds on your deposit.

The balance is requested 30 days prior to arrival either by bank transfer or Paypal. A reminder will be sent regarding this matter.
Exception cannot be made for any reason.

We do not offer credit for arriving late, leaving early and for unused activities or services during the program.

CANCELLATION BY ONEWORLD RETREATS

Oneworld Retreats will do its utmost to maintain its standard of never canceling a program, but if for some unforeseen reason Oneworld Retreats were to ever cancel a program, guests are welcome to move program dates or their payment will be refunded in full.

Payment of your deposit indicates your agreement to this cancellation policy.
