  • The 25% deposit payment is non-refundable with no exceptions and the cancellation policy applies. This is to be paid to the One World Retreat DOKU or PayPal or bank account. The balance will be requested 90 days prior to the retreat.

Day 1

Today marks either your arrival day in Bali or the final day of your Panchakarma program.

If today is your arrival day: Take time to settle in, explore the center, schedule a foot massage if time allows, join the evening yoga class, enjoy a healthy Ayurvedic dinner, and rest.

If today is the last day of your Panchakarma: Your first day trip is likely scheduled for the second day, departing around 9:30 am and returning in the afternoon, just in time for your Ayurvedic dinner.

Celebrated for its traditional Balinese culture, uniform architecture, and status as one of the world’s cleanest villages, Penglipuran village is  a must-visit for an authentic cultural experience.

Known as Bali’s “Mother Temple,” Besakih is the largest and holiest temple complex on the island. Located on the slopes of Mount Agung, it features stunning architecture and breathtaking views.

Taman Ayun Temple in Mengwi, Bali, is a 17th-century royal temple surrounded by a moat. Known for its stunning architecture and serene gardens, it reflects Bali’s rich spiritual heritage.

Jatiluwih, the UNESCO-listed village in Bali, is famous for its stunning rice terraces and traditional subak irrigation system. It offers breathtaking views, serene walks, and a glimpse into Bali’s rich farming heritage.
Bedugul, in Bali’s cool highlands, invites you to explore its lively local market, theBali Botanical Garden, and tranquil Lake Beratan. Here you can enjoy scenic views of Ulun Danu Temple, seemingly floating on the water.

If this is your check-out day, we will arrange your transfer to the airport or your next destination.

If this marks the first day of your Panchakarma program, you can explore Ubud on your own, book extra treatments, or just rest at the center.
