The retreat maintains a calm relaxed, ‘do as you please’ vibe. You can choose to participate in everything or daydream all day! While we will be keeping you busy in the morning there are other activities to explore at your own leisure. Often these activities will be organized for the group if there is sufficient interest including snorkeling, bush walking, Balinese cooking classes, spa treatments and silver jewelry shopping. Our retreats continue to please and remain a valuable and unique experience for those who have joined us in the past.

During this retreat you eat a diet based on natural fresh cleansing foods while taking herbal formulas that cleanse and rejuvenate the colon, liver and kidneys. Daily Qigong, and meditation will help you relieve stress and reconnect you more deeply and lovingly with yourself. Special detox wellness treatments are also included along with inspirational talks on natural health and healing.
