Flowing through Grace Yoga Retreat

Friday, December 31st, 2010

From February 6 – 11, 2011

Along with daily yoga and meditation classes, we will explore some of our favorite places on the Island of the Gods, experiencing true Balinese culture, participating in temple ceremonies and practicing alongside some of Bali’s natural wonders like Mt. Batur, one of three local volcano’s.

A daily asana practice, grounded in the traditions of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin, will help to invigorate and reconnect you with your body. Activities around Ubud will ensure that you get to experience Bali and its wonders, spa treatments will leave you relaxed and balanced and evening meditations will help you center and reconnect with your inner spirit.

We hope that you can join us in this magical place, which has become so dear to us. We have yet to find a more supportive environment for yoga, healing or relaxation than this beautiful island and we would love to share it and the gifts of yoga with you.

Retreat Leaders

Meredith Hogan began her yoga journey at age sixteen. She believes her gift as a teacher is to empower people to free themselves from the trappings and cycles of the unexplored mind, to make friends with the body and voice (our most precious garments) and to make positive changes in the world.

Quality family time in BALI

AUGUST 8 – 13, 2010

ONEWORLD retreats – Kumara is one of the only few places that offers the opportunity for both parents and children to practice Yoga and relax in the beauty of an inspiring environment. Besides being the best island in the world, Bali is filled with traditions and wisdom.

Our intention is to offer families opportunities to live memorable experiences during and after the journey. Discovering a far away culture that embraces ancient traditions and modern comfort helping to support our search for our true potential in a nurturing environment.

By mixing with less fortunate Balinese natives, western kids have the opportunity to discover a reality that should undeniably help them express feeling of sharing, compassion, open their eyes and hearts to gratefulness and thankfulness.
